I (AI) movie has been released worldwide today January 14th on the occasion of Pongal. I Movie releasing around 3000 Screens all over the world in 3 languages simultaneously Tamil, Telugu, Hindi. Movie original language is Tamil and it was dubbed into Telugu and Hindi. I movie is first South Indian Cinema to get a big release across the world with major number of screens. It was shoot around 2-3 Years of Time period for the transformation of Vikram character in this movie.
“I” Movie Starring Chaiyaan Vikram, Amy Jackson in the lead roles while other supporting roles were Suresh Gopi, Upen Patel, Santhanam, Ramkumar Ganesan, Srinivasan, Mohan Kapoor, Ojas M. Rajani. It was directed by the Creator of Robot (Enthiran) “Shankar” and produced by Aascar Ravi Chandran under the banner of Aascars pvt.limited. Music and Back Ground Score composed by Oscar Award Winner AR.Rahman. Cinematography done by the most experienced DOP Specialist PC Sreeram. Editing handled by Anthony while Art Work done by Muthuraj.
As the movie is releasing on pongal, the advance bookings for the movie has done a huge openings in the chennai and many places in India. The movie is expected to do well in the first week and expected to earn 100 crores in the first week on it’s release. As there is no movie which give good competition to “I”, expect the Aambala but it was able to get decent screens not comparable with “I”. Considering the Pongal season and lack of movies it can easily surpass the records of Robo. It also has great advantage as it is releasing on Telugu and Hindi on the same day. Telugu rights of the movie had sold at whooping 27 crores. Worldwide Theatricals were sold at 36 Crores. Both Vikram and Shankar having huge market in Telugu Film Industry. Even the trailers and Teasers looks promising, it will easily reach the audience. As the movie has already got hype from all sort of audience it is possibly do good even in overseas too. As it was Shankar’s movie, the film will attract all the audience and can be watchable with the family.

Shankar’s I movie set for Big opening and is for sure will be Dubbing Day 1 Record in Andhra Pradesh and Telengana . A & B Centres it will be Huge for sure. On the other hand, Gopala Gopala movie which was released 5 days back performing good at box office. I movie got decent number of screens both movies doesn’t effect much for these pongal releases. Gopala Gopala movie running 100 screens less than the Gopala Gopala as per now. Gopala Gopala Screens at the time of release was more than I releasing screens.
Vikram and Shankar’s Combo I movie all set for record openings all over including overseas, Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telengana, Kerala. Lets have to wait for I movie hindi version how the bollywood audience will receive this flick. If everything goes I will set new benchmark records. Already I receiving positive buzz from Malaysia premier shows. If it was good enough to watch then it will have chances to break the Robo (Enthiran) records. The Big holes like very simple messageless story, predictable screenplay, logic errors and lengthy duration all have been hidden by acting(vikram), superb locations, music, stunts and stunning makeup works.

Hai i movie is not messageless. The movie showed the problems faced by upcoming actors who gets blackmailed, harassed and discriminated for having values and self respect. Infact there are actors with talent but no recognition. There are cases of suicides in film industry.. Sankar sir didnot go much in to that concept because he is also a member of film industry. He instead showed modelling field. At the same time the ultimate message is never to leave your loved one under any circumstances. Love can cure people, change people and can bring out the inner self in you.

Genius Rehman’s music for songs is great. But the background score fitted 100% to each and every frame. Many new sounds were heard. Rehman, shankar sir, vikram three tough and brave guys of the industry who never hesitate to experiment and sets new trends. Even in a modern role Amy looked polite and showed great simplicity. Even suresh gopi in vilan role was amazing. At one point of vikram’s transformation glimses of micheal jacksons last days came before my eyes. Sankar sir for how many more years you will direct. Howmany more masterpieces can we expect from you sir.

In andhra many tv channels publicised movie “i”as utter flop. But many people here don’t know that i so far collected 230 crores, next to enthiran. May be tollywood is jealouse of sankar’s sucess because he had not offered any telugu hero any chance. ofcourse, telugu heroes dont have that much capability, dedication and patience to act in shankar’s movies. they are trying to down his market one way or the other. but for real and fair audience, shankar, rahman, vikram are one of the talents of their kind.
